Invoicing

The PSA sets out clearly, for each individual client, the points at which invoices are issued.

CareLend keeps a specific schedule of invoicing for every client.

Fee payable to CareLend

1. All entry arrangements, of whatever kind, cost the employer nothing before arrival
2. After arrival, and once the nurses have actually begun the adaptation programme, CareLend issues the employer with an invoice for €4,500 net. This is a flat rate covering all costs arising before the adaptation programme begins.
3. During the ten-month adaptation programme the nurse is supported by CareLend in a number of areas, in order to relieve the human resources department and to help the nurses settle in locally.
4. Once the professional certificate has been obtained and the nurses have begun work at the hospital as qualified professionals, CareLend will issue the hospital with an invoice for two gross monthly salaries. Alternative payment arrangements are gladly agreed on request.

The employer bears no other costs.

For the nurse, every service, form of assistance and offer is entirely free of charge!
