A preliminary selection of potential nurses is made here. The pre-selected applications are sent to our service office in Cairo for processing and certification.
From there we receive the duly checked profiles and certified translations of the professional qualifications, together with the accompanying application video.
On the basis of this information, these profiles and these application videos, we can make a broad selection at the Borna office as to which applicant or nurse can be recommended to which prospective employer.
CareLend then points to a corresponding online link where the employer can view the anonymised profile and the accompanying application video.
If the profile and application video suit the employer, we arrange a further video conference with applicant, employer and CareLend.
