- The teaching is communicatively oriented, i.e. participants do practical exercises that prepare them for living and working in Germany.
- Grammar is not practised in isolation but in a meaningful context.
- In teaching, participants learn a great deal about Germany.
- Pronunciation training is an important part of the teaching.
- Framework conditions
The language school meets all country-specific legal requirements. The facilities and the general course organisation create good conditions for an optimal learning process.
- The language school has an official authorisation for teaching operations. You can recognise this e.g. from the information on the website or from certificates on display.
- There are clear terms and conditions that are made accessible to all interested parties.
- The premises create conducive learning conditions. This also applies to virtual classrooms!
- The classrooms are appropriately and purposefully equipped.
- The sanitary facilities are clean and easily accessible for everyone.
- Before course enrolment, a placement test takes place so that participants are enrolled in a suitable course.
- The language school regularly conducts surveys with course participants in order to review the course offer and customer satisfaction.
- There is a transparent complaints procedure. Participants know whom you can contact with questions, complaints and requests for change.
Accordingly, you should ensure that the language school you have chosen meets the quality criteria illustrated above by way of example.
