For each concrete placement case the company provides a detailed service description and price overview and states that the German employer bears all recruitment costs. Any contributions already paid by nurses to third parties (e.g. for qualification measures) are to be reimbursed by the employer in Germany upon presentation of proof of payment when an employment contract is concluded.
The client/employer pays CareLend GmbH a flat fee of EUR 4.500 (net). This amount covers CareLend GmbH’s services in connection with all activities related to entry arrangements. Payment is made only after completion of all entry arrangements AND the start of the first day of the adaptation programme.
The hospital owes any further remuneration only if:
- the foreign nurse is granted the licence to practise / professional certificate for work as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (general nurse) in Germany
- after receiving the German licence to practise as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (general nurse), the foreign nurse has commenced work with the client as a skilled worker on the basis of a corresponding employment contract
Where the conditions set out in sentences a and b are met, the client pays CareLend GmbH an amount equal to 2 gross monthly salaries. Alternative payment arrangements by agreement are welcome.
As can be seen from the overview above, the employer pays all costs incurred in cooperation with CareLend.
The nurse is at no time materially involved in the costs of professional recognition.
Any payments already made for possible recognition procedures are to be excluded in this case.
