International nurses are supported and advised by the branch offices in their home countries from the first day they register on our portal.
That covers every service, consultation, piece of advice and solution-focused guidance that arises — including in situations of conflict — and that is relevant to their future in Germany.
Even before they travel to Germany, CareLend makes sure that their employment contract reaches them. CareLend also arranges the visa for the purposes of the recognition procedure, the work permit and taking up employment. After arrival the company arranges the residence permit and then, at the end of the adaptation programme, the licence to practise. Qualified nurses receive their monthly salary from the very first month of their adaptation programme in Germany. Should the medical institution that agreed the employment contract with the foreign nurse before arrival no longer need that nurse, CareLend undertakes to place them with another medical institution. This gives the nurse the added security of lasting employment at a suitable medical institution in Germany.
