Services of CareLend GmbH
* Selection of candidates. When selecting candidates we pay attention to the following points:
* Certificates and proof of competence are checked through closer cooperation with the relevant authorities in the applicant’s home country, to ensure that all information and stamps on the respective certificate are genuine.
* Qualities of the candidates. Because we support the participants/applicants for a year during the language-tuition phase, we have an excellent opportunity in that time to establish whether the applicant is capable of integrating in the West
* No applicant is recommended to a potential employer, and no online job interview is arranged/organised for the applicant, until we have assured ourselves that, linguistically, the applicant not only holds a B2 language certificate but is also able to manage complex conversations with sophisticated expression.
* Through cooperation with numerous medical institutions in the applicant’s home country we verify whether the professional experience stated in the CV corresponds to the truth.
* Establishing whether the applicant accepts that nursing in Germany rests on 3 important pillars: Behandlungspflege (treatment care), Grundpflege (basic care) and services such as distributing food and drinks. Should the applicant, for cultural or religious reasons, have a certain aversion to basic care, we regret that we cannot offer him/her our full service package.
* Only after we have assured ourselves on the 5 points above are our sales staff informed that the applicant is ready for placement and ready for a first interview (provided a Defizitbescheid (notice of deficits) is also available). These points above are completed within 12 months by our individual branches in the eleven countries of the world.
* Language tuition from A1 to B2 before arrival. This usually takes 1 year before arrival. We begin the language-tuition phase almost a year before the interview between our applicants and the potential employers.
* Conducting the B2 language examination. Our branches abroad in eleven countries of the world are for the most part certified ECL examination centres. Worldwide there are four organisations that can issue language certificates in German. (Goethe, TELC, ECL and ÖSD).
The first contacts of our nurses take place almost exclusively as online application interviews.
Here, after careful pre-selection, employer and nurse are brought together.
At this point the nurse also has every opportunity to raise emerging questions and uncertainties regarding his or her deployment in Germany.
