What is the tool?
The Recognition Finder is a free tool from the BMBF (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung / Federal Ministry of Education and Research). This tool checks directly, before you have to submit any applications, whether the profession you trained in can be recognised in Germany and tells you the recognition authority responsible for your profession and at your desired place of residence or work.
The tool is available in German and English.

An application for the recognition process long before the online job interview with the employer is not only submitted by us, but is also accompanied the whole time until a deficit notice is issued. As a rule we apply for recognition procedures in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. Because our training centres are based in these two federal states. Should the employer be based outside these two federal states, we will have the deficit notice from the federal states named recognised in the federal state where the employer is based.
