How does sourcing work?
CareLend has a presence in several countries.

Sourcing qualified candidates takes place directly in their countries of origin, through the local CareLend team.
The team in each country is also responsible for recruiting the qualified professionals.
In doing so we use various channels, such as social media, conferences, events and trade fairs at which we take part regularly, in order to reach potential applicants.
After recruitment, candidates go through a selection process that takes place in two phases:
- In phase 1 a selection meeting takes place in the form of an interview.
- In phase 2 the applicant completes a one-year language course (up to level B2).
If during the first year we establish that an applicant does not meet certain requirements — the language qualification, for example — we end the cooperation and refer the person to authorities and competent bodies that can help them further.
