- CareLend has developed a comprehensive integration concept to help foreign qualified nurses as they start out in Germany and to support them in finding their way in their new environment. The concept comprises various steps, beginning with a sustainable search for housing through contacts in the social environment.

For future travellers, support begins around 6–8 weeks before arrival, including accommodation and personal contact with CareLend staff.
