Placement alone does not keep nurses in Germany. CareLend’s integration team therefore starts early and stays late:
- First contact about 6–8 weeks before entry via WhatsApp
- Welcome folder, local orientation and cultural briefings after arrival
- Airport greeting, transfer to housing, care package with basics and a SIM card
- Help with registration office, GP, bank account and HR onboarding
- Housing search near the training centre or workplace, often via housing-economy partners
- Optional family support: school/kindergarten places, partner job search, club activities with Bienvenue e.V.
