CareLend is certified with the RAL quality mark „Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland“. For hospitals and nurses that is more than a logo: it commits us to transparent contracts, lawful processes and recruitment that follows international standards such as the WHO Code and ILO guidance.
In practice that means the employer-pays principle — nurses are not charged recruitment fees. Language training starts in CareLend offices abroad (including ECL exam centres), continues through recognition in Germany, and our care team stays available for up to 24 months after the professional licence.
CareLend Bildungsgesellschaft mbH is AZAV-certified and runs adaptation courses in-house. That combination of placement and qualification is intentional: we want sustainable integration, not a one-off placement.
